I’m Silvia! And This Is My Journey to Inspire Yours
True empowerment comes from knowledge, choice, and courage. That's why I dedicate my life to helping people discover their authentic path.

My journey has been beautifully unconventional: from kindergarten teacher to a Master’s in Business Economics, HR professional, and now entrepreneur. My work is built around three pillars: life coaching, freelance recruiting, and Tanzania travel consulting. In everything I do, my focus is guiding you toward a life aligned with your true self - so you can feel happier, more energetic, and fulfilled.
Life’s deepest lesson came as an only-born twin. Losing my sister before I could know her taught me resilience, self-compassion, and the urgency of living fully.
For years, I felt a void, a question of purpose - only after discovering this truth and embracing coaching did my life begin to transform.

The pivotal moment came in Tanzania, where the Maasai people taught me the power of authenticity, community, and honoring tradition. Living partially in Tanzania, immersing myself in Maasai culture, and learning from their wisdom inspired me to reshape my consulting business around coaching, travel, and freelance recruiting.
I also wanted to give back. Since 2023, I have been living between Austria and Tanzania, spending over two years immersed in Maasai culture - visiting bomas across the country, living on Zanzibar side by side with some Maasai friends, learning directly from the people, and building a deep love and respect for their culture and traditions. This journey not only gave me priceless wisdom about community, authenticity, and resilience, but also opened my eyes to the reality of FGM (Female Genital Mutilation).
As a woman I felt called to act with love and respect for their culture while also seeking new solutions. Together with other Maasai and my gynecologist, I co-founded EmpowerHer - a project that supports Maasai women and children in accessing education, building sustainable futures, and choosing their own path without being circumcised.

We are working hand in hand with the community to explore alternative rites of passage - solutions that honor the cultural values behind FGM, such as the transition into adulthood, resilience, and the incredible mental strength gained through ceremony, while finding methods that empower women without the massive impact of FGM.
This same passion drives my work worldwide.

As a coach, I help women reconnect with their true selves using modern coaching techniques and timeless Maasai wisdom.
As an freelance recruiter, I connect ambitious individuals with their dream career in Greece that includes full relocation support. ​
Through authentic Tanzania and Zanzibar travel experiences, I guide adventurers on immersive journeys that expand perspective and create lasting transformation.

I also share insights through podcasts, my BLOG, and speaking engagements, inspiring others to embrace their authentic path.
