Your Responsibilities:

Ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and profFluent in Danish (native level) and confident in English (written and spoken)
Your Profile:
Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Problem-solving mindset with patience and attention to detail
Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
