Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions via phone, email, or chat in Danish

  • Provide product information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps

  • Escalate technical issues to specialized teams when needed

  • Ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and profFluent in Danish (native level) and confident in English (written and spoken)


Your Profile:

  • Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Problem-solving mindset with patience and attention to detail

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
